Client acquired a building as a distribution centre realized the building was lined with Asbestos, leaving the client with an imminent problem as they were due to be operational in 6 weeks time. Removal was not an option due to the unforeseen cost and time available. Godiva Environmental services carried out asbestos encapsulation works under fully controlled conditions. Coating the Asbestos Insulation Board with an encapsulant  ET10 on program and  20.000.00 under estimated budget.
